- 8-channel digital trigger input for CX3324A Device Current Waveform Analyzer
- Input impedance: 10 MΩ
- Input dynamic range: ±25 V
- Maximum input voltage: ±40 V
The CX1152A Digital Channel provides 8-channel digital trigger for the CX3300 Device Current Analyzer series, which is useful when a low power device with digital I/Os is evaluated. Only the CX3324A mainframe has the interface of this product. The input impedance of each channel is 10 MΩ in order to minimize the load current from the digital channel.
